Welcome to Veraromance.com ("Website", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veraromance.com website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Veraromance.com. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the legal age requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3. Credit System and Pricing

Veraromance.com operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to access various communication features.

Credit Costs:

• Message: 1 credit
• Emoji: 2 credits
• Photo: 20 credits (4 credits go to the recipient)
• Video: 30 credits (6 credits go to the recipient)
• View Private Gallery: 60 credits (12 credits go to the recipient)

Credit Packages:

• €50 = 150 credits/month
• €150 = 500 credits/month
• €300 = 1200 credits/month

Credits are non-refundable and expire after 30 days if unused.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Post or share obscene, defamatory, or abusive content
• Harass, stalk, or harm another user
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to Veraromance.com. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Veraromance.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vantaa, Finland.
